Please read these terms of Use carefully. By accessing this website you agree to the terms of use stated herein. Stik2it, Inc. reserves the right to amend and modify the Terms of Use at any time.
Use of Site
You agree to use this site in a responsible manner that is in full compliance with these Terms of Use. You agree that you will not use Stik2it, Inc. to produce products that are unlawful, harassing, libelous, threatening, harmful, malicious or otherwise objectionable.
You are solely responsible for the content you incorporate into your products and you confirm that you are the owner of or are authorized to use such content.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Stik2it, Inc. or its suppliers or vendors, their officers, directors, employees, or agents, be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind, or for any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data or profits, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of this site or Stik2it, Inc.’s products and services.
Proof Approval
Prior to print production, customers will receive either an electronic, fax proof or paper proof. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all art file elements, including but not limited to, positioning, text, content information, image proportion and placement as contained within the proof. Print production will proceed only after a proof has been approved by you, either verbally or in writing.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel an order prior to print production. If you cancel your order you will be responsible for all applicable charges including, but not limited to, charges for graphic design, proofing, custom paper, plating, and administrative fees.
Returns and Refunds
Stock items (items that have no custom printing) may be returned with in 14 days of the order date. Customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning product.
Custom orders are unique to you and has no re-sale value, All Sales Are Final. If we verify that we made an error, we will re-print the order free of charge. No refunds or credits will be issued.
Print Errors
You must notify Stik2it, Inc. within 4 business days of order delivery of any defects discovered in the ordered product. In order to receive a replacement order you must return, at your own expense, the original product.
All charges to expedite printing (Express Turnaround Time) are not refundable.
Stik2it, Inc.’s Right to Cancel
Stik2it, Inc. reserves the right to cancel your order at anytime and refund your money. Stik2it, Inc. will work in good faith to fulfill your order. However, unexpected equipment failure, material shortages, natural disasters, and pricing errors are among the reasons we may not be able to fulfill your order. If we cancel your order you will be notified and the money you paid for the order will be promptly refunded in full.
