A: We started as a division of Omniform, Inc. in 1999. Ominform has been in business since August 1981. Stik2it, Inc. was spun off into its own company in 2006.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We can accept returns of blank labels for up to 30 days after purchase. Custom labels can only be returned if there is a manufacturing defect.

Q: Why do you proof custom projects?

A: Proofs ensure that the customer sees and approves what we are going to print before we print it.

Q: How soon will my blank and pre-printed label order ship?

A: Blank and pre-printed labels will ship the same day you order them, if ordered by 3 PM.

A: Normal turnaround time is 3 working days.
